Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit the “Start a Pilot” form we collect your name, work email, company, country (if provided), areas of interest, how you heard about us, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in the email.

Technical basics. Our server records the IP address and time of form submissions for abuse prevention (rate limiting and spam filtering). This site currently uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your inquiry and scope potential pilots or licensing work;
• maintain a record of business contacts and conversations;
• prevent spam and abuse of the form.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to newsletters or automated email sequences. We only contact you about the matter you wrote to us about, or business directly following from it.

Form submissions are stored in our systems and in Google Workspace (spreadsheet records and email notifications processed by Google LLC as our service provider). Submissions are seen by Emerge team members who handle business inquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers processing it on our behalf, or where required by law.

Because our team and infrastructure providers operate in multiple countries, your information may be processed outside the country where you submitted it. We apply the safeguards described in this policy wherever it is processed.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing. Email contact@rosettanovel.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold — access controls, transport encryption, and secret-key verification on our form pipeline. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be noted on this page.
